Adult Martial Arts Classes

Our academy offers a flexible schedule with a variety of class options to accommodate different needs. Below, you can find the updated schedule for our classes:

Adult Classes Schedule

  • Monday: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Basics (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
  • Tuesday: Sambo - All Levels (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
  • Wednesday: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Intermediate (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
  • Thursday: No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - All Levels (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
  • Friday: Open Mat (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
  • Saturday: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

Kids Classes Schedule

  • Monday: Little Warriors (Ages 4-6) - 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM
  • Tuesday: Junior Warriors (Ages 7-12) - 4:15 PM - 5:15 PM
  • Thursday: All Ranks (Ages 4-12) - 4:00 PM - 4:45 PM
  • Saturday: Junior Warriors (Ages 5-12) - 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
